Absolutely! Commercial license for small businesses is included when you purchase an item in my shop and I only ask you to give credit to my shop when you display your product online. There are a wide variety of commercial uses in which you can use Pixel Paper Prints graphics as part of your physical or digital product design. Please contact me and describe the type of product you sell to check if it is allowed to use my graphics for that purpose. It would help a lot if you send me a picture of your product or a link to your shop/website so I can give you a more accurate answer.
In Pixel Paper Prints’ Etsy shop, when you place an order, the files are going to be sent to your email account within 24 hours after the payment is completed. I do not offer instant download, however if you need your files with urgency, you can contact me and I’ll let you know if I’m able to send your files immediately.

I recommend that you do, especially if you are planning on using my graphics for commercial purposes. Once you purchase an item, you agree to follow these terms, so it would be better to read them to make sure that all the conditions are beneficial to you. I know it seems like a lot of text to read, however, I’ve tried to make it easier to understand by not using complicated words and by mentioning examples. However, you might want to skip sections that are not of your interest when, for example, I talk about conditions to sell specific products that you are not interested in selling. I strongly recommend you to read the sections “General prohibited uses” and “General conditions”.
I would say that the average time for me to send your files once the payment is completed is less than one hour if I receive the order within 8:30 am and 11 pm (I’m in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone).
The 24 hours limit that I mention is just the maximum amount of time it would take me to send your order just in case an extraordinary event keeps me away from my computer. If you want me to confirm that I’m around my computer to send your files, just send me a convo through Etsy before you place your order and I’ll get back to you as soon as I see your message.
The files from your order will be sent to the email registered in your Etsy account. If you want me to send them to a different email address or to one of your alternative email accounts to make sure that you receive your files, just include it in the “note to seller” at checkout”.
You will receive an email from: firstname.lastname@example.org. This email will contain a link to a download page where you’ll be able to download your files. You will also receive a second email that I’ll send through Etsy to confirm that your files had been sent. Both emails are going to be sent to your email addresses registered in your Etsy account, unless you request something different in the note to seller at checkout.
Once I send your files, the order is marked as “shipped” on Etsy. There you would also be able to see the date of shipment.
To see the status of your order, go to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews and find the order. In the top right corner of the order, you'll see a box with its shipping status.
If your order is marked as shipped and/or 24 hours have passed but you didn’t receive your order, I recommend that you check your spam or junk inbox. If you don’t see the email from your order, please contact me to let me know that you didn’t receive my emails and I’ll re-send your order ASAP and, if necessary, I’ll use a different delivery method. If you can provide me with an alternative email address to make sure that you receive them, that would also help.

If this is the first time that you are working with this type of product, I will be happy to help you as much as I can and I’ll be glad to guide you towards any tutorials online that might help you with the project you have in mind, but I hope you can understand that it is not possible for me to offer training in the use of these graphics and such service is not included with your purchase. There are several really fantastic sites out there for such training. I recommend lynda.com to gain familiarity with new software suites.
It is really easy to manage and print these images, but if you want to be sure that you are going to be able to use them and/or if you have the necessary software/program to work with them, I can send you a sample of one of my files so you can try it and see if it works for you before buying a product, just contact me and provide me with your email address so I can send you the sample file.
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been marked as shipped. Due to the nature of these products, once you download your files, I cannot offer you a refund. Nevertheless you can contact me if you have any comment or problem with your purchase and we can resolve it together, I always want happy customers!
I only include vector files when I work on a custom exclusive order for you, but for the items I sell in my shop, I only have .PNG and .JPG formats available.

Yes, I do. I’m the copyright owner of all the images you see in my shop and when you purchase an item I’m granting you a license to use the graphics included in it.
This is my process: when I get started on a new set, my first step is to imagine the characters and elements I want to create. Next, I draw all of these concepts by hand the old-fashioned way using paper and pencil. After that, I digitize them so that they convert each of my original details into digital strokes so that they can be used and reproduced in any number of projects.

No. All the graphics that I sell are original work and I cannot re-trace someone else’s work because I would be violating their copyrights.
No. Bottle cap images, collage sheets, design sheets for shrinkable paper, Scrabble images/sheets and any product that resembles them, are not allowed. You can create them for personal use; however, you cannot sell them in digital format.
A really wide variety of physical products is permitted, however, unfortunately I’ve had bad experiences with this type of product because many ribbon manufacturers don’t care much about copyrights and they mass produce ribbon using my graphics without my or my customer’s permission. It’s a long story, but in order to avoid this type of problems, the use of my graphics to produce ribbon is not permitted.
When you purchase an item in my shop, you are paying not only for the graphics, but also for a license to use them. This license is not transferable, so if you share these files with someone else, they are not going to have a license of use and you and your friend would be committing a copyright infringement. However, if your friends are also interested in using the same graphics that you purchased, you can refer them to my shop and I can give them a special price and a discount to you for future orders!
